On this Labor Day pray for the many who have
lost jobs and are seeking new opportunities. Pray God will supply their needs.

 Salt & Light spiritual renewal fasting day. Pray for wisdom for
president Jerry Sheveland, the Executive Ministry Team,
district executive ministers, pastors and others as they lead Converge
Worldwide (BGC).

Converge
Worldwide (BGC)) missionary Lisa Harris-Hall reached full support and left
for Thailand on July 5. Pray she’ll adapt to the
culture and make friends with her new neighbors.

Worldwide (BGC) missionary VaLynn Ruth serves at a family counseling
center in Puebla, Mexico. Pray for her as she assists the director in managing
lay counseling training courses.

Gales Point, Belize, a
village near the guest house where Converge
Worldwide (BGC) missionaries Basil and Vera
de Klerk serve, is recovering from damage caused by a severe tropical storm.
Pray for the people and for the de Klerks, who are supplying food, water and
other aid.

Pray King of Peace Church, which Converge
Worldwide (BGC) missionary
Dick Young and his team are planting in Montevideo, Uruguay, will find a new
facility. Their lease ends Sept. 30.

Worldwide (BGC) missionaries Art and Dorothy Helwig and their
ministry in Nigeria to people affected by HIV/AIDS. Pray especially for more
people to become foster parents to the many orphaned children.

Montevideo, Uruguay. Pray more youth will be responsive to the gospel and
that all will grow spiritually.

Banyo Clinic, which Dr. Smith oversees. Pray for additional staff and resources

Baptist Hospital in Cameroon. Pray for opportunities to
share the gospel. Pray also for Steve as he directs the surgeons residency
program and cares for patients, many of them with HIV/AIDS.

blessing and direction for the next Southern California conference one year
from now. Pray also for Mission Fest Seattle, Oct. 3-4.

School of Women’s Ministries Oct. 4 at Triumphant Baptist Church, Hyattsville,
Md. Pray for teachers Leland Eliason (Bethel Seminary) and Pamela Heim.

to Ivory Coast soon to resume overseeing the community
