   Your Will: What To Do and What Not To Do

  

Your will is one of the most important documents you will ever sign — and you want to make sure it’s done right and you avoid common mistakes. Here are five of the more critical “dos and don’ts” to consider:

  1. Do it now! Don’t put it off until later.
    The worst thing you can do in creating a will is to procrastinate. You can keep waiting for a convenient time. But the years have a way of slipping by. A will delayed is a will not done. Now is the time — while you are mentally and physically able to execute your plans. For your sake, and for your loved ones, please do your will now.
