Leadership Development is one of the key measurables of Converge Worldwide, which seeks to multiply disciples, leaders, and congregations. Leadership involves both character (who a leader is) and competence (what a leader does). Only as our leadership capacity grows can our ministries expand. Our specific expressions include:

• The National School of Leadership
• LEAD and LEADNet teams (pastors/church planters, ministry wives) who meet regularly to build relationship, grow in their leadership abilities, and accomplish mission together.
• Women's Ministry, including the School Women's Ministry, which motivates, equips, and empowers women to make a Christ-honoring difference in the world through their ministries to women
