The gospel says, “Always pray and not give up” (Luke 18:1). For 20 years Converge/BGC prayer ministry has taken this
verse to heart. Prayer First director Dana Olson and the Advisors Team seek to
encourage and mobilize church prayer champions and to call churches to fervent
prayer. They have helped champions and churches of all sizes, shapes and
locations, and they would love to help your church. 2008-2009 goals:
- Prayer
First weekends in 25-30 churches
- Prayer
Gatherings for pastors, missionaries, chaplains and their spouses touch at
least nine districts
- Prayer
Journeys to mission fields
as invited by field
coordinators

Catalyze
Converge/BGC church involvement in national/international prayer initiatives
such as
the
Global Day of Prayer, the National Day of Prayer and Seek God for the City
