The church mobilization Retool Kit is a two-year process for pastors and leaders to enable their church to discover a shared vision and effective strategies for impacting their community and the world by reproducing disciples, ­leaders and congregations. Led by a coach through six weekend retreats, the pathway provides the context for renewing leaders and refocusing vision. In 2008-2009:

• 65 coaches will receive training to lead a local church through the church Retool Kit process
• 45 will be coached through a portion of the church ­Retool Kit process moving toward a missional­ ­approach to ministry
• 900 church leaders will receive training through their participation in the churchRetool Kit process
• 3 People Groups will launch a ­contextu­alized church Retool Kit process with ­approximately 20 churches and 120 leaders
• 30 pastors and lay leaders will receive an introduction to the principles and concepts of ­mobilizing churches for ministry in Bacolod, Philippines, with the goal of ­mobilizing 10 churches in the coming two years
• The church Retool Kit will receive a final materials ­revision in preparation for publication and a broader-based mobilization ministry
