God has been doing some great things through the Church Planting Institute since its inception in 1994. It started with 29 missionaries meeting with Dr. Steve Childers which gave birth to a vision for CPI. To present over 2,000 missionaries and Japanese from 120 organizations and over 20 countries have been involved. There are also about 180 people using our internet services from all over the world. Missionaries from Hokkaido to Kyushu have been involved including practically every prefecture in Japan.

Ever since the Lord assembled the multicultural church in Antioch (Acts 13:1-2), he has been building a diverse kingdom worldwide. We asked several of our cultural leaders to describe their understanding and experience of this kingdom diversity.
